The friendly banter and forgiveness too... Right in the kokoro. And yeah, Miko is always busy around these times. She does a lot of the work to get these events going. Subaru might not be the most graceful or the most feminine, but she's the Sun of Hololive because she's undoubtedly the warmest of them all. She's almost constantly honestly cheerful, friendly, and easygoing. It's no wonder that the others would literally fight over being able to host her, really.

Not necessarily, iirc they call doorbells 'chime', as in the English word chime. (That or they call the _sound_ a chime) Mio just did a thing where she used an onomatopoeia like it was an actual word. It's like saying "the bomb's gonna go kablooey".

What uploader explained is correct, but Kanata was not confused as to whether the word "uchi" was "house" or "me". Mio uses different intonations between them, and it was clear that in this case it was "home". As she mentioned later, she was confused about whether it was a real house or not.

There is a timeline out there in which Subaru chose to stay with Noel instead. We missed possible comedic gold with how much of an ahijo Noel is for Subaru. Especially with the possibility of an off-collab stream: This timeline had to choose between teetee and comedy gold and it chose teetee. Not that I mind tho, teetee is always good.
