Hi brian. One afternoon about 4 months ago i was just chilling on the bed and i heard: "breathe he wants to speak!" I never ever took a deeper vreqth in my life I felt myself implode into my sacral area and after i was wooshed so fast .i forgot about who i was ,all that was left was the excitment and curiosity i thought : ohhh this is what death is like. Whats next?! The 1st time i astral travelled was while i was listening to bob marleys album with the headphones on' i focused on my breathwork for a few minutes' and woosh i went' it happened a few times after that' my body went into a deep relaxation but not asleep' it was a song when the crowd sang back? i could feel my soul latching on to the music and wriggling out ( sensation ) prior to the jump' it was the most incredible experience i have ever felt' coming back to my body was bumpy' but wow please' it was like i was viewing his concert through the eyes of the backing singer' so i could see the crowd' speakers' stage all' amazing brian

Hi Brian, this is a post i made on one of your other channles but don't think you've read it as it gets buried fast. Would you be able to the answer the questions I have here? I want to express my gratitude for how your content/voice/energy/wisdom continuously evolves my life and families life for the better! Special thank you! Now, with that said, I have two young teenagers and have slowly shared some of my experiences regarding my spiritual and awakening journey thanks to you. However, the content that I have absorbed is a bit challenging for a teenage mind to absorb. Do you have any recommendations as to how I can introduce this subject to the ever rambunctious teenage mind in this day in age without looking like i belong in a looney bin? Lol. As a child I found astral projection by accident, concetrating on the stars. You can go to places of your choice with concentration. However the practice can be frightening as all places, good and bad exist. You are separate from your body which feels risky. I don't practice it, I feel its better to meditate. I could be wrong, it's just my inner guidance.
