One major challenge of talent management is to understand who got talent. It is the question though, what talent actually is compared to competence and potential. Most companies run so called talent reviews, which might be a good idea. However, there are some limitations that go along with this particular procedure.

Thank you so much for your sharing! I have researched and observed many Talent Management Programs. But most of them were fail to find out the talent employees and wasted money to build people. At the same time, the other good performers also left the companies because they thought that the manager did not recognize their talent and they went to find a new horizon.
