I love it. I think I’d rather take out the wall between living room and kitchen in favor of an open floor plan. Love the laundry solution. Love the upstairs. Perfect home for a single mom who receives visitors with a young teenager still at home.

I agree. I'd take the bedroom downstairs, and the upstairs would be perfect for my son, his wife, and their two kids. We all have privacy, which is important to me. Im used to living alone. All other company can use upstairs as well. Im not going up and down stairs anymore unless I have to.

Homes like this are beautiful to look at. Practically speaking, though, I'd sacrifice the 1st floor bedroom in favor of more living space.

This house is like a Tardis, small on the outside but surprisingly large inside. The bedrooms may be small, but there are three of them plus an office. It checks about all my boxes!

I love this house! The kitchen isn’t cramped and the living room actually has room to move around. The bathrooms are well appointed, the bedrooms and office are amazing as well. I’m going back to look at it again ☺️ I really do like balcony as well; watch the sun sink into the horizon and bring out a yoga mat

Very nice home. It ticks a lot of boxes. Great kitchen. I noticed a fair bit of wooden slat wall covering in this one. Is it real wood? I wonder if the gaps in between would collect dust. Nicely thought out!

Ok get rid of the wet bar and put a bookcase in its place remove the huge clock and put your tv..get rid of the dish washer and put a small freezer in its place or another cabinet..turn the bedroom downstairs into a pantry and eliminate the private bath you have one across the walk way…put a lift chair to the upstairs …use the office as such or a store room …enclose the deck for bug free area…there’s no back door that’s a fire hazard must have two ways to exit house …other than that it’s nice
