Nice job Kiwi. Apart from Mazda themselves, the early 4 rotors were developed in England 30+ odd years ago when 350-400hp was a street version and 650hp was the race version. A supercharged version was also produced. Programmable injection wasn't around at that stage too much and so carbs were the go. Haven't times changed. I bet anyone involved from back in those early days would be very impressed with this version.

Now put this engine in a lightened Miata.

I had a similar idea of building a 4 rotors engine into a 99 honda prelude rear wheel drive conversion using twin turbos!! but time was not on my side. I travel too much xp anyway this is a beautiful engine and you did an awesome job!!
