I have never worked with resin before. No idea where to start with a project like this. But I have to learn! Looks like so much fun!

@@cindacooper9551 it is and you should definitely give a try! You will need quality resin, silicone molds, nitrile gloves, pigments or Micas, glitter, vase filler, mask, heat gun, butane torch, baby wipes. It sounds like a lot I know, but you'll never know if it's for you unless you try ❤️

Great effect with the double pouring. The whole technique you used looks fantastic in the complete coaster. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. You obviously think laterally and look for different ideas.

On the coasters you already had made at the end of the video, did you put a gold circle in the middle of the coasters before your poured the two colors? How do you get the gold around the middle circle in those? I have to say I’ve watched probably every single coaster video on KZfaq and these are by far the most stunning coasters I’ve ever seen! I’m literally in shock at how stunning they are! Just insanely beautiful! Sorry I keep repeating myself now I’m laughing but I honestly can’t say it enough!

Those were made the same way as shown in the video except for at the end I just drizzled a thin line of the bronze paint in a circular motion around the edge of the clear resin that I had poured in the middle and lightly spread out some lines in an outward motion with a skewer stick. Hope that makes sense!?

Rinirocks - Artistry Yes! Thank you so much. I made some of these after I watched your video but I used Turquoise pearl and white pearl. I didn’t put any gold mica because every time I do it seems to over power and yours didn’t so I was curious. I’m going to try that in the morning. Thank you again.

Wow! Stunning! Looking forward to try this technique! So could I use blue resin tint and acycrlic white? Also when you join the cups at pouring, is one of the cups below the other or at the same level? Thank you in advance! :)

Thank you! Yes, you can use any colours you like. The colours should join while pouring and should be at same level.
