A huge number of them wouldn't admit Messi is the best ever and not CR7 (who is in his own right a football legend, a titan). I think he also has the most individual trophies ever including Ballon D'Or and Golden Boot. There's absolutely no argument against Messi being the GOAT, at this point anyone denying it either doesn't understand the importance of being this versatile and being so complete, or is like I said are letting their emotions get in their way. And consider that we aren't even discussing the tactical advantages Messi gives his teams, which are the things most fans don't see...meaning off the ball movement, meaning how many people they dedicate to marking a specific player, opening up spaces for others, meaning heat maps and how that moves opposing players around, and how many zones of the pitch he can influence...there's no one that has ever matched him at all that either.
