#4 The hyphy movement was HUGE on the west coast, around 2004/5. His impersonation is this rapper called Keak the Sneak. I grew up on 80s and 90s hip hop/rap and to my ears it sounds just as ridiculous as his mumble rap impression here. Well some are, but also it's popular on the internet these days to say anyone who disagrees with a statement or opinion is "just salty". So many dumb meme phrases circulating it often obscures the original meaning behind a statement. KZfaq comment sections are some of the most toxic environment's on the planet, but good for a laugh.
