Sir, u r each and every plan is superb 👏 Nice visualization..! But ek baat samjh nahi aati. Terrace ke upar jo jaal hai jo Otp area k upar hai to jaal to open hai.. so barish ka paani inside enter nahi honga kya..? Aapke plan me Wo jaal to open rahata hai.. Please suggest... Thank you..!!

A challenge for you A 12.6 x 60 ft house plan North facing Back side half open in left looking from front. Ground floor whole hall/Parking area going 4 ft downwards from road. Staircase from back side. First floor shop with front stairs. On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger. Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.

I don't see any provision for air circulation, sunrays in side the house in ground floor. No set backs to home. How this plan will be approved. In South india you should not get approval for this plan.
