My brother took 2 lack lone and loose all of it after loosing 90k he sold his 2 phone 13 pro and android phone too He also take 20k,30k and many more frome his friend and loose it all .more then 5.5 lack he lost in just 2 month He just 19 .he still have hope of recovery i'm unable to convinced him not to do this Government should have to ban this

How to avoid taxes => Rather than asking for direct money, just get a recharge in wallet and ask players to pledge the amount. Once they pledge and play, they will get points, based on points they will be shown winnings. And if you want to redeem winning you have to pay the amount. (Can't explain this completely here but this is more like point based gaming which will encourage even more players)

The only thing can be done is , establishing a trustable entity whom one can deposit his investments & play in apps & if he won the entity should pay that specific amount through normal random individuals a/c same as 1×bet or any other betting sites. But in that way gl & mini go contest will be screwed & not much people will be attracted in sl's too looks bad but I am ready to put my steak tbh if someone comes with this idea . That point based fantasy is good but need to already deposit somewhere as after loosing reactions might be different , it's better to deposit earlier & have a smooth interface for that

They also have good infrastructure, healthcare, education, facilities, money for unemployed so it is worth paying tax in US. Here in India despite paying tax you get potholes, flooding. Most government office are in bad condition. I don't know what they do with so much money. Here in Mumbai it takes crores to fill few potholes, dunno from where they import material to fill it.

When a customer eats at a restaurant, there is a charge on the full value of the bill. Not on the profits/margin of the restaurant. Similarly when a customer pays a certain value to gaming company, that value has to be taxed. Not on the commission of gaming company.

It will be levied on each deposit . You can easily avoid gst , make deposit before 1oct + companies will bring real cash offer in mid sep ( Inside news). Use those deposit offer to recover your tds & don't deposit till 6 months . And off course enhance your team making skills & don't be greedy & if you play sl don't play small amount contest better go for big contest & don't be greedy . Best of luck.

Obviously it's a game of skills: For ex: like you read multiple companies report to analyse them and there are also those kind of people who just watch i article or video and just randomly invest in company and make losses(sometimes profit). Now same applies to fantasy games, what if there is someone who's read the game in and out like last matches of the team, players stats, injured player, ground condition etc etc. it increases there chances of winning. And then there is someone who just listens something somewhere and plays fantasy games, obviously they will loose there money. That doesn't make fantasy games gambling.

If prediction is gambling then all of the stock market is gambling bcoz no one knows what will happen to a stock price but if you really dig deep inside a company say for 5-6 months, your chances (odds) of making a correct decision increases multifold as compared to a person who got a telegram tip, read an article in business std. or sunni sunai baate.

I guess we need money for everything be it education or for personal. But having one way is not sufficient. Then we get such and government take our money 😑, even in stock market. KZfaq income after 45% deducted from KZfaq we get 55%. But government employees( paise de ke Lage) enjoying life, not work, pension, increment, inflation money. Which feel like to go away from this country. No education(worst quality compared to developed countries except in Delhi and centered school are better but they are either for government or for earning high like fees of CBSE board not for everyone and iits 12lakh) but that why I also started playing this so if I want money for IIT or education I can.😢

Govt is charging TDS 30% from the Profit earned by the player, then why is it charging full 28% Tax from the player on the amount he/she is playing for , and what about the Tax charged to the App company, if they are charging let say Rs15 to the player for using their app to play games , then are they (App company) not charged with any Tax for thier Rs15 income.

Collecting GST ON gross entry value after 6 years is really shameful. No company can survive this huge liability of past years. These clarification should have been issue well in 2017 itself.

The collective pool will be evem bigger because you are calculating the gst wrong . If everyone puts 100 rupees, the 28% will be 21.87 not 28 because 28% tax is included in 100. 28 will be in the case when they have to put another 28 rupess on 100 that is 100+28 =128

Also the gaming apps have rated their product to be 18+ , so why dont anyone is mentioning the 30% TDS you can claim back from government. It will effectively improve tax evasion and the people who are legally eligible to play will be rewarded by filing ITR
