I'm pretty sure he has the similiar build, skinny with shirt ripped without. It is impossible having a 200lb strict press without having an impressive upper body.

Hey Clarence, In case you're reading this, just know that you're a major source of inspiration for a 30+ year old who just started going to the gym. In this video you squat 7 times the amount of weight I'm currently doing for a 5x5, and it's absolutely mad. Thanks for putting yourself out there, and have a great day.

Jakob Mayr Both Klokov and Berestov have strict pressed 170kg+ from the front rack. Also they have cleaned the weight first and they weigh 105kg. Shaw and Eddie Hall weigh close to 200kg and they have pressed 180kg, not even from the front rack position but from chin level. There is a clear hierarchy of sports, with weightlifting sitting atop and way, way above sports like strongman, powerlifting and CrossFit, which are 99% steroids anyway.

Hey clarence, i've watched almost all your videos, in one of your last ones you mentioned a knee injury - how could you fully recover from the injury? I've got an inflammation of the patella tendon myself, which is already getting better due to technic and form adjustments but doesn't seam to heal completely. I train 6 days a week and would like to stay at those 6 days for competition preparations Could you please give me an advise or could tell me what you've done during your injury?
