in this video i discussed the circuit diagram and how to repair and troubleshoot inverter IGBT based welding machine. in this section i discussed the Inverter IGBT Welder Machine (Part -3) IGBT & Gate Driver Circuit Explained & Troubleshooting.sg3525 oscillator circuit provides a drive signal to the signal transformer which have two secondary windings (180 degree out of phase to each other) in each secondary there is a gate pulse forming network for igbt. igbt switches and provides power drive to the high frequency transformer takes input drive from IGBT transistors and the center tapped secondary is connected the molded D92-20 rectifier set connected in parallel. there is a shunt which is used as a current sense. the SG3525 IC provides a drive signal to the IGBT gates through gate driver network.
this china MMA-200T Inverter IGBT Welder Machine - Circuit Explained & Troubleshooting Part -1, is single phase 220 VAC operated. it have a bridge rectifier which rectifies the main ac voltage into dc voltage, which are connected to pair of dc capacitors through a relay contacts and in parallel 110 ohms ntc resistor. this nts protects from inrush current and upon receiving relay drive signal it switches the rectified voltage to capacitors so, the ntc is bypassed to get full current to drive igbt.

Why those cbb2 capacitors are used in series with the IGBT? Is it to prevent short circuit if IGBT fails? I have seen welding inverters without those capacitors so just want to clear it.

Thanks hasseb for this vedio. I have an atx power supply dell desktop starts up and after 2 minutes it stops. I touch the tny280pn ic with my finger abnormal heating of the tny280pn stand by ic when the atx starts up. is what can be the cause of the problem when atx stops after 2 minutes.

1, check large ceramic capacitors connected in series with main dc capacitor towards IGBT 2. if switching frequency is incorrect 3. if delay time between both channels is not proper 4. if transformer core is saturated

सर मेरे पास एक वेल्डिंग मशीन एलिफेंट प्रो की मिनी मशीन है सर इसके आईजीबीटी फट गए थे तो मैंने रिपेयर किया इज 60N60 के लगे हुए है मैने चारो आईजीबीटी लगा दिया पर ड्राइव वोल्ट 6 वोल्ट के आसपास आ रहे है सारे रेजिस्टेंस भी चेंज कर दिए फिर भी आईजीबीटी लैग्स पर 6 वोल्ट आ रहे है प्रॉपर 12 वोल्ट नहीं मिल रहे जिसकी वजह से आईजीबीटी बार बार उड़ रहे है सर बताए कया करे बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है
