Hi all. Watching this waffle from my sister-in-laws house. We ran into car trouble on the way. And now will probably have to limp home in the car (1 1/2 hours)on Monday and hopefully make it to the repair shop. And praying it's not a new engine needed. I'm stressed and fighting panic attacks. But I'm taking some time to watch the waffle and try to relax a little. Thank you for the waffle!

Yes Im the lady in the group who's finished Outside the Sweetshop, its now framed and has pride of place in the lounge, the last couple of days of the waffle I'm dekitting it out of 4 Elizabeth Ward containers, sorry this might be a long one , must also say a big thankyou to you for the storage system, 5 boxes for me, square, rounds, rhinestones and specials, AB rounds, AB square, might need another 2 for fairydust in rounds and squares, the organisational factor is my extra happy place, being a virgo and in the process of adhd and autism diagnosis, when working I was the weirdo who loved filing and organising, I can lose hours if a drawer looks wrong when I put something away it gets tipped out and new ways of folding stacking colour coding has to be done, anything else goes out the window 😂 My weekend started fantastically as I saw my 16 year old grandson leave for his 'Hollywood' prom Bright orange dinner jacket he a friend took him in a bright orange Lamboughgini (sp) and when he got home he got the best dressed male award 😊 Sorry for the essay but Im a londoner so can talk the back end off a donkey 🫏

We went to dinner with my daughter and two grandchildren then on to the cinema. They had a great day but I did tell my grandson he can stay with the dog next time. He replied well I will feed him millions of food! 😂😂❤

Hi Rebecca and Zesties, we had a long weekend here in New Zealand. And took the chance to have a wee get away and went to see my best friend and her new house that she has just brought and moved into during the week, and had a wee family reunion and spend loads of money and got my daughters birthday presents she is turning 2 in 11 days. And she found soft toys in her favorite show and wouldn't let them go so I guess a couple early presents as well. So it was very good just glad to be home and relaxing and back d.p after 2 days of not.

Good morning Rebecca. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve last been able to watch one of these WIP and waffles so quite a lot has happened. Our AC is back, mostly functional, after three different attempts from our rental company to fix it; all in all, with how much they spent getting separate parts, they should’ve just replaced the entire unit as it would be cheaper. Then, our roof is failing us now, with a hole in it. By some miracle they’re sending out a roofing company without us even calling (a feat I have zero idea how it happened). The lack of fans has it where I can think again without a ton of noise! It’s so nice. In happier news, my niece is here and I am having a blast with her. We have already gone roller skating, to the trampoline park, and many stores. We even found an amazing burger place and am considering getting matching tattoos while she is here. She’s here until the 16th of august and even helping me with my math - I am done with the first unit, now onto proper algebra, and I am scared. But, once I get my GED then I can go to driving school. So far it’s looking like I’ll be sharing a car with my mom for awhile since we want to get rid of our current and get something newer. I can’t believe that I’m actually likely getting my GED within 2024, business 2025, and with fingers crossed I’ll be able to also have my driver’s license by the end of 2024 too! If not, that’s a 2025 goal. She is also teaching me to crochet, and for my first big project, I think I’ll make a baby blanket for my cat to lie on (since she’s taken to lying on the blanket my niece is making for my mom as a birthday/christmas gift)… now there’s just another expensive hobby in my repertoire (I won’t admit how many spelling attempts that took - being a reader has given me a large vocabulary, but the spelling, pronunciation, and technical definition will always be lost to me in entirety haha).

Hi Rebecca and Zesties, yesterday my husband took me to the travel agency to get some information for planning a bucket list trip and our daughter went to a bookshop while we were there. When we returned home our daughter was trying to find some bookmarks but they alluded her, so last night I diamond painted for the first time in over a month. Apart from recuperation the reason I hadn’t painted was because the medication that I had been taking brought on my carpal tunnel syndrome with a vengeance. I know it was the medication because I had done nothing else to aggravate it. It was a bit of a slog near the end but I got there in the end. She now has a pretty bookmark, even though she’s nearly finished her book😂. I hope PJelly is healed. When I had a CATscan about three months ago I was feeling anxious and my psychologist said they call it scanxiety when waiting for results.

Oh just one more day to go 😲 Yes the worry waiting for Pj's news from A&E was worse than being there with her. Though I knew she would be ok with her friend there.. I'll pop A pic in the group that they sent to me 😂 😘👍💚

Hi Rebecca, I have been using hot glue to secure some of my pen tips. I haven’t tried to remove them because I want them there 😂 Hot glue comes in handy for a lot of things. There’s a command hook on the bathroom wall in which the adhesive failed. I stuck it back on the wall with hot glue 😂

Hi Rebecca, it might have taken me until the last day of the month but I am finally caught up on the waffles. This month for me has been super busy but in a good way. At work I’ve been working on my end assessment project for my apprenticeship which has taken up a lot of my brain power and been really busy but so worth full now I’m nearing the end of it all. Me and my partner then also booked a 3 week trip to Japan for next May which has sent me down a KZfaq rabbit hole and doing a lot of planning due to excitement. I then was unwell for a few days which meant I didn’t feel like doing anything but once I was better decided to do a couple of medium sized colour blocking kits. The football Euros then started so my free time was taken up by that 😂 I’ve got a couple days at a spa in July with my Mam which will be amazing to just chill out. Apologies for the long comment, it went on a bit longer than I thought.
