I love the energy of this sport. Someone makes a huge shot to take the lead and you got their competitors high fiving and hugging them. It's amazing to see you don't see that in most other sports.

I love disc golf. I’ve loved it for 15 years. I love the explosion and that it’s becoming more popular. I love courses are creating their own history, that there are specific holes I can picture in my mind that I’m already hyped to watch for next year. Love the storylines, aging greats competing against the young up-and-comers. Thanks Jomez! What a great recap. Only flaw is I’m going to have to come back in a few months and watch again before next season starts.

For people who have not played our game and 99% of those that have, these players make this look so easy. It is NOT! The level of skill is indescribable. Some of these throws would have beaten the world record distance mark 30 years (or less) ago and they are just throwing a golf shot. Thank you JomezPro for documenting history. Birdie save* - from the person who was spotting hole 5 at the Preserve, he was 1 of 2 people I saw "save" birdie. The only other one was Zack Johnson who didn't make it through the first gap and threw a giant sky annie and landed in the circle. Its a shame that one wasnt on camera. But anyways, yeah, that moment with Bradley throwing it in was electric.

That Dickerson thumber-roller is the shot that haunted me the most all year. The number of times since I've been in the woods & wanted a forehand roller that went right... can't even come close to making it work yet. Maybe next year.

Scott Stokely posted a video recently on a shot that has a similar rolling path, called something like "people are throwing this upshot wrong" or something. When comparing it to a thumber roller, seems like a way to control it for shorter distances. Really insane stuff
