Thank you! There were other influences too - one channel I watched i thought - hmm their work is not that good but everyone loves it anyway - it's OK, I can do this lol. Daniels was the one that inspired the most projects and for me to finally point a camera at what I was doing

This was SO pleasant, Tracey! 😊💕 What a comfy, homey chat...I loved it! Thank you so much! 🙏❤😊 I thought of all sorts of questions (of course I did! 🙄). Can't remember any of them (natch), but this one: do you suppose terrazzo-type chips (made with an eco powder) would look good in clear resin, as an inclusion? Especially if they weren't just packed in too much? TIP: Oh, to make resin matte-finished, we can also use a matte varnish, either nail varnish for tiny pieces, or polyurethane wood floor varnish for larger works. Works really well!

yes I've tried chips in clear resin - looks like chips in clear resin and they sink unless you do the glue trick. Can be a funky effect :) Thanks re the matte finish - I hope the person who asked that sees this info :)

Tracy I LOVE LOVE LOVE your new glasses. I'm just went to get new glasses ( my husband made me, it's only been 5 years lol). I haven't gotten the new ones yet but I came so close to getting the exact same ones and now after seeing how gorgeous you look in them I'm mad at myself for letting the sales girl talk me out of it. We laughed when you said your Dad taught you how to check the oil etc our Dad drummed it into me and Nicola how to change a tyre! I took Art at college too and loved it but never pursued it further at university etc brilliant video 💕

Thank you Tracey, I have finally emulated you to the nth degree 😆 I really enjoyed this Q&A, the disasters section was always going to be interesting simply because we all have them. I have to say I was surprised when you said you had mixed your resin incorrectly such that you only used one part, and I distinctly remember thinking, how do you do that? Anyway, I watched this video yesterday and last night I was motivated to do so resin pouring, needing to mix two batches because of course I was coming to the end of one lot of resin, which proved insufficient for my particular project. Loved the colour I mixed, will never be able to recreate that colour again and this morning I was excited to get up to demould. I now know how you can mix up the same parts of resin without realising it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@miniscenesgb I think I have saved it, haven't continued with the original project, went for a safe bet, with candle holders. Based on viscosity, I guessed which part was actually missing, I seem to have guessed right because the temperature of the resin is rising as it appears to be curing. Fingers crossed, it will fully cure

Have you tried rewetting your eco if it doesnt come out right?? I know with air dry clay you can add water back to it and bring it back to life so maybe eco would do the same?? Never tried but its possible id day youd wabt to bust it up really well before adding water but i am thinking it would work.. maybe try a small bit and find out?? I love your diaromas! Can never do too many of those! Id love to see you do texture art on a canvas! That would be so much fun to see you do! Loved getting to know more about you! Much love sweet girl 😘🤗🥰❣️

Yes it doesn't work. there's a chemical reaction takes place that makes it cure - which can't be undone. Good question :)
