I never imagined that cellos and raves would mix well....

This is the way to inspire a younger generation to play an instrument as classy as a violin or cello. Allow them to play songs from their generation.

The best avicii remix I ever heard, and the video complements it even more, they're amazing.

Love how they break the stereotype of what cello music is and show what can be done with one.

Every video from these guys is like a mini movie, utterly amazing production value. 7 years on, and this video is still perfect. I've always been the "odd one" for listening to classical music and modern stuff like Thomas Bergersen, Audiomachine, ES Postumus and 2Cellos. Out of all the music I've tried to introduce people to, 2Cellos has by FAR had the most enthusiastic response. There's just something about the two of them and their overwhelming love of music and performing that people gravitate towards.

The body may age, but a bright spirit will never be contained!

Great version. I love the end where they show us seniors still love good music and have a dance about like we did when we were young. I worked senior care when I was young and if I walked in on a room full of seniors dancing about I'd probably have joined in, not worried they weren't passive and quiet.

I’m taking orchestra next year at school and I’m going to pick the Cello. I’ve gone down quite the rabbit hole and found these impressive yet inspiring. This makes me want to make sure I put in all my effort and don’t give up. I love the Cello! It has such a deep haunting melody, yet it’s so beautiful. I can’t wait and thanks for inspiring me even more! ❤🎻

Tme does not stop, I grew up in the rock era, and at 73 years old, I still enjoy it the same way, despite my ailments, it fills me with good vibes that makes me continue living, age does not matter when you are young at heart, so thank you young boys, keep enjoying playing your music and I hope some day I could be able to see you together back again, both are awsome!!

Music has always been an important part of my life. Everything from classical to stoner rock to gospel....and more! I only discovered you guys this year! Sad I know...but your music has given my soul something it was missing. There are so many pieces of music that I love from you guys, but this one in particular stands out. I have spent a total of 3yrs in hospital the last 10yrs. I lost my entire left leg a few years ago from a bone disease. That, and with the pandemic, being in lockdown 8 times in 1.5yrs took a toll on my mental health. However there are 3 things that have kept me going; my fiance, who is the most beautiful, most loving, kindest, gentlest man I've ever met, my fur baby who stays by my side every single day and can make me laugh just from a look, and music! In my darkest days, music was there for me. In my most joyful days it was there. That's why this piece is so important to me. When I'm feeling sad, or getting depressed, this piece just lifts my soul out of the gutter and into the sunlight. The video clip also, as you can see how much you gouys are enjoying playing it! All I want to say is Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU 2Cellos🥰

In retrospect, this is actually a beautiful music video to help us remember Avicci and keep his music alive 🙌 When he passed away I was in my mid 20s, so by the time it gets to 2069, if I’m lucky enough to still be here… I’d love someone to come play this for me in the nursing home!

I watched this about two years ago and this is what started me playing cello i just wanted to come back and say thanks being with a group of people and working together playing music is really fun and its helped me become far more social i have two really good friends now from it and i love playing my cello and learning how to do new scales and songs its helped me a lot with basically everything in my life i know it sounds cliche but sometimes when i feel like i dont belong anywhere or im a failure thinking about my cello and the songs i could and will play and the things i could do just gives me a little reassurance that i am good at something. Sorry for being so cliche just wanted to say thanks 😂
