এখানে কমেন্টটা করলাম কারণ এখনো কেউ এখানে কমেন্ট করে নাই আপনার চোখে পড়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশি, আর যেহেতু আমি এক্সপার্ট না, তাই এটা আপনি শুনবেন কিনা আপনার ইচ্ছা নাফিস ভাই, আমি আপনার podcast শুনে অনেক উপকৃত হই তাই আমার মনে হলো এটা বলা উচিত তাই বললাম। কিন্তু আমার একটা কথা আছে আপনার জন্য যেটা আমি অনেকদিন যাবতই খেয়াল করি, সেটা হচ্ছে আপনি আপনার জীবনের ঘটে যাওয়া ইম্পরট্যান্ট এক্সপেরিয়েন্স গুলো খুবই গুরুত্ব সহকারে প্রেজেন্ট করেন এবং চান মানুষ আপনার কথাটা বুঝুক... কিন্তু একটা সমস্যাটা হয় কি, আপনার প্রত্যেকটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় আপনি যদি আপনার সর্বোচ্চ টুকু ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ এর মাধ্যমে গুরুত্ব দেন তাহলে প্রকৃতপক্ষে বেশি গুরুত্ব ও কম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এক্সপেরিয়েন্স গুলোর মাঝে আর কোন ব্যালেন্স আপনি করতে পারেন না, যেমন আপনার গল্প গুলোর মধ্যে আপনি যদি বলেন যে আমার 5000 টাকার লস হয়েছে, এবং আরেকটি গল্প বলেন যে আমি একবার এক জায়গায় যাওয়ার কারণে পুরো একটা রিলেশনশিপ নষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়ার পাশাপাশি আমার পুরো একটা বিজনেস ভেঙ্গে পড়ে , দোনোটাই শুনতে একই রকম লাগে। কারণ আপনার ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজটা সর্বোচ্চ পিকে থাকে এবং আপনার প্রত্যেকটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কথার জন্য আবার নতুন করে গুরুত্ব এড করতে হয়, যেটা করতে আপনার অনেক সমস্যা হয়ে যায়। এবং কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আপনার কথাটা এজন্য শুনতে খুব একটা ভালো লাগে না। এটা হয়তো বা আপনার একটা কমিউনিকেশনাল গ্যাপ হতে পারে। কারণ মানুষের স্বভাবই এটা যে, আপনি যখন এটা বুঝাবেন যে তুমি বুঝলে বুঝো, না বুঝে নাই আমার কোন কিছু যায় আসেনা, তখন মানুষটা বুঝার চেষ্টা করে, কিন্তু আপনি যখন জোর করে বোঝানোর চেষ্টা করবেন তখন সে এটাকে ইগনোর করবে, মনে করবে আপনি তাকে বোকা মনে করে নিজেকে বেশি জ্ঞানী মনে করছেন। এবং অনেক ক্ষেত্রে এটা সাবকনসিয়াসলি বিরক্তি ও সৃষ্টি করে। মানুষ মনে করে কিছু একটা গন্ডগোল কিন্তু কোথায় গন্ডগোল টা এটা বুঝতে পারে না।

চাকরি নাকি ব্যবসা? আমি মনে করি ব্যবসা করার আগে ১ বছর সে বিষয়ে চাকরি করা উচিত। তাহলে ভালো একটা এক্সপেরিয়েন্স হবে। আপনি যদি চাকরি করা ছাড়া কোনোভাবে এক্সপেরিয়েন্স নিতে পারেন, তাহলেও OK. কিন্তু ব্যবসার আগে এক্সপেরিয়েন্স বা সে বিষয়ে যথাযথ জ্ঞান লাগবেই।

57:11 I am 19 and I think business. I believe everyone who is interested in building something big should try business at least once. Business gives you a chance to mold things your own way. But for sure, it's much harder than doing a job and you need to get out of your comfort zone (I guess). But if my perspective changes and I want to slow down for a while, I'll choose a job. Speaking from no real life experience, so maybe most of my words are not valuable.

From this week I started to watch Bengali podcasts. I have watched the podcast with Yahia Amin, Neel, Jamshed Majumdar, and now with Farhan in the last 4 days. Seems like Nafees and Sazzad are guests and Farhan is taking the interview. The same thing happened in Yahia Amin's one. Jamshed talks so loud and fast that you guys couldn't be able to interrupt him. And he is very intelligent too. I am not saying I can do better than you, I am just saying from my experience from watching podcasts. Change this habit as soon as possible, take the interview, and let the guest talk. 23rd minute running, you guys talked more than Farhan. Seems like he came to listen to your story, not saying his.
