Such a pity adobe still hasn't added the ability in after effects for lip-sync with interpolation between keyframes. Which has existed in Moho Pro for a long time, including automatic conversion of speech to keys.

how did you manage to create every single anchor point to follow just the mouth i did this but with the heads, but the entire head covers the size of the composition so when i try to alaign like you did ....it does but with the size of the compsition instead of the heads what did you skip?

When you import an AI file select Import Kind to- Composition and Footage Dimensions to- Layer Size, it will align to the centre of every layer.
