I think Tim is home frees secret weapon, they keep him hinder under all of the other voices until it’s his time to shine and people realize he’s been there the whole time giving them all that strong base they need. Fucking smart of them cause it catches everyone else off guard, he’s their anchor.

A good place to start for some chest notes would be "The Octavism Channel" here on YT. There is a collection of some truly impressive registers downwards. Everything begins and ends with Zlatopolsky.

tim uses growl for a lot of his money notes and its effective but as acapella basses go i'd argue his basslines are better than people give them credit for. songs like jump right in are great examples of that, he throws around chest Bb1s and even a chest G#1 during the "water from the stone below" line like they're not even low.

Lol. What I truly love watching reactions to Tim going deep..( I saw it right here in our living room!!! ) When he hits the Premier Note..Almost all women move their hand up to chest. Then realizing they are being recorded. Keep going ...and make it to their neck line.. Lol. We aren't dumb ladies.... You're just going to have to enjoy a splash when no one around....

All respect, incredible. you can approximate this. It's deep body harmonics with singing. It is much like throat singing but held in the low range. Again, he is incredible and a master at it.
