I got my 2Fiddy last week. The frame is awesome. I built mine out as a 6S and used the iFlight Beast F7. Unfortunately I'm having small glitches every few seconds when flying on 6S. I tried 4S just for kicks, even thought the motors are for 6S, and no glitches, very odd. I must have a bad motor or AIO, not sure. I can't wait to get it fixed, for the few seconds in between glitches it flies amazing.
@ummagawdFPV3 жыл бұрын
Are you running the 35v caps? I’ve had no issues on any of my 6s builds
@chadjuby97123 жыл бұрын
@@ummagawdFPVFirst, thanks for the reply, and I’ve actually resolved my issue, I’m just not sure what the issue was. I decided to redo everything, I re-soldered all of my motors and my connections to the caddex vista. Put it all back together and reset my ESC settings back to default. I must have had a bad connection some place. I’ve built many drones before and this is the first I’ve messed up a solder connection. This thing is now Amazing! Ummagawd you have designed something very very special. I love how it flies and it isn’t even tuned yet. I like it better than any of my 5”, 4” or 3” quads. It does everything. Freestyles great, is fast when you want to be fast and has a flight time that is like nothing I’ve every experienced, when flying casually, I can get 10 minutes out of a 550mah 6S. Thanks for this frame and motors!!

My question is about running it with 4S. I know all the glory is in 6S but at that weight 4S shouldn't be that bad. Do you have some specific recommendations to get the max fun out of it on 4S? Do you think it's viable to do 4S analog with insta360 go2 and still fit within that 250g? Also this quad makes for an expensive but really good long range cruiser if you put in some larger batteries. I love the effort put in to create sub 250g 127mm ;]. To all the naysayers... yes it's different that's the point. It's a fun quad with you can have loads of fun.

Be careful with GNB - their batteries tend to change weight from batch to batch a lot - I have seen reviews of the 4S 1100mAh HV batteries - reviewers weight them in at 91g. Online they were listed at 88 and 89g. When I finally received mine, they weight 97.5g and 97.2g. They were WAY off. I frankly don't know why or what happened, but it screwed over my whole sub250 lr built. :(
