I never realized how much time I wasted until I started using the Pomodoro technique. It's amazing how much more I can accomplish when I break my study time into manageable chunks. Definitely a must-try for anyone struggling with procrastination!

This is me trying getting out of the cycle of procrastination. I have less than two months left until my final exams, I am in my first year of medicine and I completely lost myself, I have less than two months and I don't want to lose my year or my scholarship.
