Having a camera with a really wide viewing angle allows face-tracking software to function at a fraction of the cost of more expensive motorised webcams. With the main drawback of an almost fishbowl-like appearance when sitting closer to this type of wide angle perspective. It's okay for video blogs and the like, but definitely nowhere near a 'broadcast quality' webcam. With an integrated condenser microphone that sounds muffled and lacks vocal clarity. Nowadays you only get what you're prepared to pay someone through the nose for! 😉 Thanks for sharing. 👍

Thank you , just wondering what kind of light did you use to light up your face and where was it placed. Also I am looking for a camera to be pointed downward on my desk too more than facing me. do you suggest this one for both or another type of web cam, I am trying to get into streaming on Twitch

Thanks for the review, hey man, do you know why my cam app of windows is not picking up the cam? it seems the quality of the mick is too "reverberant" is there a controller or, can you change the field of view, and with which software would you do all this? thank you!
