Unfortunately, here in the US it's a national holiday weekend, because of the 4th of July holiday. I knew when they acknowledged the issue on the Trello board on the 2nd of July that it was EXTREMELY unlikely anyone will be seeing a fix for this issue until after the holiday weekend, because I'd pretty much guarantee that everyone is out of the office until Monday.

And once again, I understand that 💩 happens and things break and need fixing. But the amount of time this is taking just to simply roll back an update or throw a bandage on the damn thing until a proper fix can be implemented, the complete and total utter failure to communicate, the audacity to blame the consumers ISP, the NERVE of them to literally keep pushing NEW bundles and NEW camos in their stupid little store so at least the folks who CAN play the game are still dumping gold bricks into the pockets of these clowns… these buffoons have got me beyond irate with this level of disrespect and blatant disregard for their consumers. I'm with you all the way. It's the fastest that Xbox replied to me when they refused refunds. Even though I sent them clips of the gameplay too. It's not a little laggy... It's unplayable. To rub salt in our wounds, they ran back to back double xp weekends, knowing full well Xbox players can't join. This is also the only game I need Xbox love for... And for two weeks I've spent that money without being able to play the game. Do you think that Activision secretly hates Xbox players? I feel like this is done on purpose

Double XP hasn't been a thing for years since MW19. since vanguard they reduced the XP to 1.25 XP.

My friend had to reinstall his game completely. Seems to have ironed out his issues. But to be fair people shouldn't have to do this. Picture this: Warframe can roll out hot fixes/patches while people are still playing the game. Update: his issues came right back 💀

You should get a generic reply from Activision suggesting you adjust your console settings (reboot modem, clear cache, etc.) but the problem is not with your equipment or internet connection. This is a problem with the game. Check your Case on their support page, open it, and in the comment box on that page, type in the experience you are having with poor quality of play, especially the latency (lag) so they know there are other players who have this issue. Hopefully, the more voices of outrage, the faster Activision resolves this issue for all of us.

@StoatLoxley yeah, I've tried my other games, Forza Horizon 5, Calisto Protocol, Cyberpunk, FC24 and it worked just fine. Yesterday I tried MW3 again and played a whole mission (the one in the snow) and it worked fine. I believe they solved the problem.

If the issue isn't fixed within the next 5-7 days I highly recommend people take videos and get refunds from microsoft if they are experiencing freezing for 3-5 seconds!

I'm experiencing more each match I play its lagging so bad it's unacceptable to play the game at all they really broke the game because I'm on the Xbox one s and this is unacceptable
