After the first layer, I was, like, "Hmmmm...", but once again you just knocked it out of the park. I'm glad you do the close ups because you can really see the textures. It's raining here but your art brightened up a rainy Sunday afternoon.

I don't often have a large block of time to paint, so I find it very helpful to break things up into stages: tape up my paper one day, choose my palette and collect my colors another day, etc. By the end of the week(or so), I'll have something pretty.

Such a cool idea to use your own photos for your color cards! Most likely you are gonna like the colors because you took a photo of something that really spoke to you. I was thinking about getting a color cube set, but there were so many color schemes in there that I knew I’d never use. This DIY is such a great option.

Omg this is so cool ! I suggested this idea last week I think and it’s the first time anyone ever posted my idea. I probably wasn’t the only one that suggested it but it’s so cool nonetheless!I never imagined you would do it this way so professionally these are just like the color cubes . Also so nice finally seeing your photography. I can totally see the influence of that one photographer Sibella court but yet your own style. So gorgeous. Do you sell your photography? Hmm wait a min. Who says you can’t sell your own color cubes with your own photography? It’s been done with other people s photos but I’m not sure anyone has ever created it with their own art and photography. Now I have u a business idea lol😂

Another beautiful art day! 🎉🎨🤩 These colors are beautiful, as is your photography. The pic on the right, before you added the lines, looked like a lovely heavenly sky. Angels could have come down. lol. Take a look! And speaking of lines, you now have me hooked on cardboard. (Who knew?) You should have seen my husband look at me funny when he saw me pulling apart layers and layers of cardboard! I want to take this new class of yours, but I know NOTHING about Photoshop. Does that matter? You’ll have to teach this oldish dog a few new tricks…🤔. A set of these cards makes a lovely gift idea!💝 Artful and personal. Have a great week!😊

These are fun to make for sure! That template is specifically for photoshop or photoshop elements. If you don’t know how to use those - it won’t really help you out. 😊

Your photography captured my heart the first time I saw it…I love your beautifully crafted staging, all the little details, and the mood you create in each setup, the shadows, lighting, dimension, ugggh….yup! Fell in love at first sight. I recognized so many of those photos on the palette cards…because I’ve drooled over them 😝🤣😂. No. I have no plans to make and sell cards. I don't have a color printer either. I printed mine at Moo.com and love how they turned out. 😊
