Unlike in North India ,in Kerala ,especially the vegetable preparation are known by certain names like sambar aviyal etc Few items only we call them with their ingredients like Injipuli etc we use pumpkin to make errissery or olan mainly In both we won't use onion rather some Forty years before for any vegetarian feast there is no use of onion for palakkad people Here some thing is shown we saw it that is all
