Finger weaving was a handicraft for my son this year. Everyone has necklaces and bracelets including the dogs!

I'm happy we homeschool and don't have to worry about picking a specific grade because summer birthdays are tough!

Does she like abeka more than LOgic of English? I have LOgic of English we tried lesson 1 Foundation a but my son would not copperate with it. He loves the Abeka readers!

I'm not quite sure yet, we are planning on starting next year with LOE Essentials ... but I plan on holding it loosely and if she would prefer Abeka I will go back!

I am selling that Abeka language arts set unused. I just can't make sense of the lesson plan book.

How many of the Grade 1 readers did you get through ? I’m curious. We started my daughter a year ago and we use lots of other readers, and skipping stones 1C is about where she is now

At this point she has read through them all because she was so excited that she could finally read!
