Thank you Father!! 👏🙏😇 What a meditation! I will listen to this over & over. We are starving for this kind of Catholic teaching out here. What a blessing you are! Thank You, Jesus, for Fr. Mawdsley!! 🥰 ♱

I just watched this for the second time and will probably need to watch it a dozen more times. You put it all so clearly but there's so much depth to it that it takes multiple repetitions to even scratch the surface. Thank you so very much for your content. Yours is the kind of teaching that's so sorely needed and so difficult to find.

This is a most remarkable talk. You're going over all of these things that are subtle & difficult to understand, but making them simple, that an ordinary person can grasp them. Deo gratias.

This is so beautiful to hear. I need to keep hearing it. I am suffering so much it is like a release from constant pain for God to let me hear this teaching. IT helps me have joy in suffering. I was born in 1936 I have seen and lived through traditional Catholicism and have mourned over it's destruction with the onset of Vat II. HOW HATEFUL THIS WAS and is. NOW I see hope, I see Victory over evil. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior. Praise His Glorious Mother.

You are right that the victory is coming. In fact, it is all around us (I'll try to explain in the third video, 29 July). God bless you!

So much is unpacked in this fairly short video. I want you to know that your videos are helping me to learn Catholicism better and drawing me even closer to God. I have asked you before, but could you please pray for me to stop being so shy and go to my first real mass(only been doing online). Also pray that my husband will begin to believe in God, as well as my children. A couple of my kids are on the fence about it, but I take that as a good sign. 😊Thank you! 🙏🏻I pray for you too. 💕

Father, I know flattery ought to be avoided, but please accept my praise and thanksgiving for your ministry. You share excellent insights for understanding and contemplation. Coupled with your voluntary exile, please know that you are in my prayers and that this infant Catholic values you tremendously. In Christ.

Maybe I skipped this part, but what is the First Word? The Eternal Word?
@ScriptureandTraditionFrJM2 жыл бұрын
God willing that video for the 1st word will be made in the near future. Hard to find one more important than the Eternal Word! (But perhaps I can use the word 'ever' to argue it is a word spoken in time?). God bless you.

Thank you Father. I’ve listened to you many times and I absorb what you are saying because you speak with clarity and sincerity and I’m not distracted by you, I can heard Our Lord. Have you read the Book of Heaven??? Luisa Piccaretta ??? It’s Jesus himself speaking into the human heart directly. I’ve read and studied well but nothing compares to that book.

Existence is temporary
@mokum4me_9442 жыл бұрын
The most difficult thing to understand is infinity. Infinity means without beginning and without end (He is the creator and destroyer of space-time). As we were created in space-time, we are limited by space-time. For us that means, God is the Beginning and the End.
@mokum4me_9442 жыл бұрын
@@inco601 Except eternal is not a moment in time. A moment has a beginning, which is also the end. Eternal has a beginning but is without an end.
@ScriptureandTraditionFrJM2 жыл бұрын
Yes, eternity is too big for us to grasp! But we can still say some things about it which are true, even if not fully comprehensive. St Thomas Aquinas explains the difference between eternity, æviternity and time: “eternity has neither beginning nor end, aeviternity, a beginning but no end, and time both beginning and end” (S.Th. I Q.10 a.5). The ETERNAL - that is God alone, the Three Persons of the Blessed Trinity: “…from eternity and to eternity thou art God” (Ps 89:2). Melchisedek is a created figure for the Son of God: "having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but likened unto the Son of God, continueth a priest for ever" (Heb 7:3). ÆVITERNAL - that is having beginning but no end. This refers to the angels and to human spirits. All these are indestructible. Once God has created a spirit, He never destroys it. The angels were all created in the beginning; human souls are created at each conception (plus Adam and Eve). So the good angels and saints are in Heaven forever, with no end (Apoc 7:11-12), and the demons and damned souls in hell forever, with no end (Apoc 14:11; Mk 9:43-47). Also God’s Kingdom has beginning but no end: “And He gave Him power, and glory, and a kingdom: and all peoples, tribes and tongues shall serve Him: His power is an everlasting power that shall not be taken away: and His kingdom that shall not be destroyed” (Dan 7:14). TEMPORAL - that is all the created things which in time corrupt and are no more. Finally the whole of this creation will be rolled up like a mat. “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my word shall not pass away” (Mt 13:31; cf. Is 34:4). “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth was gone, and the sea is now no more” (Apoc 21:1). “And the world passeth away… but he that doth the will of God, abideth for ever. ” (1 Jn 2:17). Human bodies will resurrect, but they will be incorruptible, somehow spiritual, indestructible (1 Cor 15:42-55). Receiving their bodies after the General Resurrection will mean an overflow of joy for those in Heaven, and an increase in torment for those in hell. As all things which are made are made through the Eternal Word (Jn 1:3) then He says: "I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end" (Apoc 22:13; cf. Is 41:4). Hope this helps… and that we meet in Heaven!

@@ScriptureandTraditionFrJM Amen! Thank you for your extended answer. Learned a couple of new names and definitions. So yes it helped! Truth is always welcome. It would be great if we meet in Heaven! It will be a "blink of an eye" moment to eternity. And I don't want to miss it. I will never be ready, but it is good to know, that I am getting help. Even this, came just at the right moment. ;-) God bless.
