Kun pa bonggahay la hit props of course they will win but unfortunately it's not. It's more on how they deliver the music, the 3rd placer's music is a bit off that's why they didn't win 2nd nor 1st.

As someone who is a fellow army, i'm disappointed. You should know better about music and the way to deliver it and not purely on bias. Just accept it and move on

The real question here is, do you know how this competition works? Do you even know how a true marching band plays? Ikaw nalang kaya sumali so you would know na pantay pantay yung pagod ng mga students ng HIC STCDCFI STEFTI TNHS diyan.
