The hole where I was had baby blue and baby pink walls and the lights were on bright 24-7. Never went outside. Never knew what time it was. They'd wake you up randomly @ between 2-5am to ask if you wanted to shower, which was in a cage and had freezing water.

Two months in the hole with nothing is inhumane. Really is. I heard a guy who claimed he did five years in the hole. No one believed him though, no way you go through that without some very obvious effects. I did two days once and I have no doubt an extended stay would have rearranged some neurons in a not so good way. And I'm a hardcore introvert. Great stories man.
