A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME AND MY CHANNEL
I’m local to Kansas City but grew up a military brat so travel is in my blood! I married my college sweetheart, Anthony, in 2015. We’re absolutely obsessed with our two fur babies Xander and Willow. (Any other Buffy fans?) Anthony and I knew early on in our relationship that we wanted to have kids as soon as possible. We’ve been fighting the uphill battle of infertility for 5+ years now. Here on my channel, you’ll see a lot of videos pertaining to our trying to conceive (TTC) journey.
Though infertility does not define us, it has been a life-altering thing to go through. We find that this taboo topic is something we want to shine a light on by sharing our raw and real emotions through it. A few other things you’ll see on my channel pertain to lifestyle and wellness. Whether that be mental wellness, physical wellness, and beyond. A few other fun facts about me, I love to binge-watch a good show, sipping on some delicious coffee, and I’m probably planning my next vacation.

I swear I was more tired in the third trimester than I was with a newborn. I slept so much better once she was on the outside. I hope the same is true for you!!

I was going to say 37-38, then you said it! I’m so excited for you to get to experience all the THINGS! I know I’ve said this a time or two, but I don’t know of anyone who deserves all of this more than you and Anthony. This little boy should win an award for “Most Anticipated Baby in the WORLD”!! Maybe you could do your 3rd trimester recap when you pack your hospital bag & just combine the two topics in one video?? Whatever you decide will be met with joy, I assure you 💙

36 weeks! You can say what's in your hospital bag, talk about birth plans, and give your recap! Enjoy those baby kicks! They get INSANE in the third trimester! You'll weirdly miss them when baby is on the outside, too.

I'm so happy for you!! I think 38 weeks because there will be big changes right up til then..if you go a couple weeks earlier, you may miss things you want to include. Of course you can always add them in another video! You're in the final home stretch girl! Life's about to change for you in a huge way!! ❤️❤️❤️

In my first pregnancy I threw up at least twice a day until about 33 weeks. I went to the hospital for an IV because I was so dehydrated and lightheaded. I ended up losing 10lbs in the first trimester. But I still gained 25 lbs! I'm so glad I had a few weeks before baby got there that I wasn't throwing up haha. 😄

First birth. I think 38 weeks is very safe to film the last recap. Plus those last four weeks there are lots of big changes. Truly. I personally felt like it was a ‘4th-mester’ 😉 because things just really change with not only body but mood and ‘symptoms’ etc.

With my daughter I had one single day where I demanded my husband to buy fresh mango sliced from the grocery store. I ate allll that mango in like 5 mins.

Yes, 36 or 37 weeks...for me, Braxton hicks contractions got intense especially if I just ate something or drank a lot of water...just keep an awareness of the part of the day that baby is more still so you can get through the filming 😉

I also live in the Kansas City area. Was just referred to my second fertility specialist. Was wondering who your doctors are. The fertility specialist I was referred to is supposedly one of the best of the best.

I've seen 3 RE's in KC but finally had success with Dr. Riggs at Blue Sky. He is THE best.

I had 2 high risk pregnancies and was induced both times at 36 weeks. I wouldn’t wait until 37 weeks.
