My KPOP heart died with 2NE1. I hated how they just ended like that, in a snap.

I really wish 2NE1 was in my area. I have come to love Black Pink for who they are, but I can’t help but look at everything they have and think it should have been 2NE1. 2NE1 should have billions of views on their videos. 2NE1 should’ve had their American album released with popular English songs. 2NE1 should have had a Netflix documentary about how they came together, their immense success and their impact on K-Pop history. It’s really just not fair. This makes me so very sad for all the missed opportunities and the massive empire they deserve to have at their feet.

I think Dara had the hardest time after the disbandment, not because she was hurt the most since everyone (2ne1 and blackjacks) were in pain. It's because she was the most active one out of the four, she goes to different shows and guestings and they would always ask her about the disbandment. It feels like they were tearing up her wounds all over again and again, and she has to do it alone in front of many people. It's not that I didn't want her to express her feelings but it seems she was forced to do so by YGE. Watching her, even after 4 years had past, is heartbreaking every single time. YG did our girls wrong, and I will probably never forgive him and them for this.

I love how genuine and strong their friendship is, even with all the highs and lows they did their best to stay together and still support each other after almost eleven years despite YHell holding them back, and unlike other groups, which most of the cases after disbandment their members part separate ways and decide to shade and create terrible gossips about their experience with each other, the post-2ne1-ot4 era was never like that, you can tell that their friendship is getting stronger and stronger each time and also that they totally miss performing as a group, just like us Blackjacks I'm praying that one day all of them will sign with an agency (Korean or not) that will actually treat them well (most korean agencies suck ass, BigHit is the kinda decent one we save for that bunch) and make the comeback that would shake the ENTIRE WORLD 2NE1 OT4 WILL LIVE FOREVER, ITS A FACT AND NOBODY WILL NEVER EVER CHANGE THAT

Somehow after seeing them 2gether at coachella...and knowing they are thriving as solo artists. CL and Minzy having their company. Bom releases song and appearing in a tv show. Dara never gives up on her dream and currently working on album. Watching this now doesn't really hurt that much. It makes me appreciate them more. Love them more. And so proud of them. I am happy that I stan strong, resilient and dedidicated women. I wish they continue growing and happy.

Anyone else noticed how now days, groups are starting to look more like kids? Nothing wrong with that since they are still killing it. But groups like 2ne1, BB, Rain, BoA and GG looked like grown fearless adults even though they were around the same age as groups today. Like the power and attitude they carried on stage they carried everywhere too, it wasn't just for an MV. Idk, I just miss that kind of energy.

To disband at the height of your powers. Imagine you do Mama 2015 and get a crowd that loves you that much. It has to be hard for all of them. Has to be hard for Bom, especially, who is so vulnerable and sweet. The love she received at MAMA 2015 must’ve been so intense and validating. We know her longing from her single ‘wanna go back’. ---------------------There are very few bands in rock ‘n’ roll history or pop history that broke up at the height of their success. You can bring up the Beatles but they were far from peaking. We can bring up Destiny’s Child And say Beyoncé was getting too big for the group. One can similarly argue that CL was getting too big for the group amd that her potential for global appeal was so obvious. I feel If CL had not been so horribly mismanaged and had become a huge immediate success in the US market, I think the conversation we’re having right now would be different. How successful would a 2NE1 reunion be? Geez. A reunion concert. Have All their songs remastered , Much like Depeche Mode did. Have a limited edition CD with demos. Have them come out with some new bangers. That’s definitely money in the bank. But what would the marketing look like?----------------What would this new incarnation of 2NE1 look like? Just for reference If you look at Girls Generation, a different group, I know. Since 2015 they have become more refined as individuals. Putting them together now would also be an explosion waiting to happen in a good way.------------------What would a more refined 2NE1 look like? Bom is 36, Dara is 35, CL is 29, Minzy is 26. Just for reference, Beyoncé is 38, Rihanna is 32, Nicki Minaj is 36, and Lady Gaga is 34. Bom’s vocals have never been better. Minzy’s dancing is even better. Her voice has always been phenomenal. She looks great. Dara is always camera ready. She’s always fearless when she has a spotlight. And we have CL, a front woman so good you can put it her up against any front woman in history. Woooow!.... I'm literally crying while watching this. I became a 2ne1 fan since last year 2020 bcoz I'm not really into K-pop tho I heard k-pop songs everywhere. I'm so happy that I accidentally clicked a video compilation of Sandara then it lead me to 2ne1 and Bigbang. Also, felt so sad bcoz 2ne1 already disbanded and Bigbang is still the King of Hiatus.
