MC Eiht's explanation is the realest perspective of what happened to Pac. He articulates himself very well and tells a perspective that people need to really try and comprehend. Pac was finally accepted into a family that just so happened to be a hood and he was loved and showed his loyalty to that family until the end. Suge and the homies were his brothers, it's so simple yet so complicated of a relationship at the same time. He was finally accepted by those he thought were his family. People try and portray Suge as this evil dude, but what he was to Pac was a real brother and Pac died for that Deathrow MOB Piru brotherhood in the end. The problem is that Pac wasn't born and raised into it, he was finally accepted into this brotherhood as a young black male when he was already a superstar, so in a sense he did it backwards, but let's remember this, a lot of people died that were directly related to his murder. Blood/Crips gang retaliations ended the lives of a lot of young men that were connected to each other through Tupac. It's sad to think that raps greatest superstar died from such a simple gang beef.

If Suge was a real brother he would’ve done everything he could to keep Pac away from that shit. I have a brother 12 years older than me and he used to be into all kinds of shit. @@leogolive You're right, but sit back and try and comprehend Pac's history and his perspective in the situation. He never knew his dad, had no no real brothers, and supported the family he did have financially, so he never really had a real brotherly connection until Suge and the homies.

People also forget that when Pac came to Deathrow it was a whole different Pac. It was an angry Pac that felt violated by the media, his peers and everything else. That anger combined with Suge's personal feud with Badboy brought things to a whole other level. I personally think that Pac wouldn't have went at Orlando like that if he didn't had that connection with Badboy. Jumping Orlando was to Pac another extension of the Deathrow vs Badboy beef instead of The Mob vs Southside. Considering the rumor that Puffy placed the bounty on the chains through Southside. To Pac Orlando was just another one of Puffy's soldiers on the west. I also believe that the pre Quad studio shooting Pac would've acted different on Deathrow than the Post Quad studio Pac. That shooting, the rape case and jailtime did alot to him and changed him alot. Pac was dealing with cats that held more weight than him in the streets. THUGLIFE couldn't stand up to that. But the MOB could. That combined with the love they gave him. That was something that was meant to explode. Just to tragic that we never had the chance and oppurtunity to see Pac moving past that and fully healed from that. The matured and different Pac that he would've been.

All facts bruh. When he talked to Monster Kody he told him all of that stuff made him paranoid and not able to trust anyone, and made it hard for him to be the loving man he once was. Suge has explained the Casino situation in full details.. Tupac wanted to be down with MOB..already had the tattoos and shouted them out on songs. He wanted the respect of the streets so wouldn’t hesitate to get involved in a gang scuffle. You can super analyse the reason for his demeanour..but it over complicates something that was very simple!

Soooooo refreshing to see him answer questions with such depth and speak from different perspectives of the issue. This allows listeners to get a better understanding of the climate of period as well as the consequences that ultimately happened as a result. The decisions and actions that were made by our legendary hip hop heroes during this period basically changed a lot of our lives forever. Sadly they were young men...in their 20s on average making key moves that bought money, fame but eventually betrayal and murder. Only now so many years later we get to actually hear how they really felt about classic hip hop moments.

Always thought it was crazy Pac's first album and persona was black unity and social awareness of things that happen in the street and he became a victim of the things he was against. I remember reading somewhere Pac had the Thug Life code as rules to the street and he tried to reach his people by being with them. But he failed to realize its impossible to save the streets, he loved his people so much he thought the only way to reach them was to be one of them and it lead to his demise. I dont believe that at all. I think he had a real identify crisis and his ego took over his political mind once he was exposed to that life. If it was any other person we would be calling him a punk poser who get killed doing something he didnt grow up in and was never meant to be in but because hes one of the most famous rappers ever we glorify him. He did the opposite of everything he preached and threw away the positive parts of his upbringing because he liked the negative power that he got from that type of life even though it was artificial for him. What do we usually call someone who went to private schools all over the country their whole life and then came to the hood at the age of 20 and started trying to bang? Im not saying he didnt have a rough upbringing at times. His mom was an addict and he moved around alot but to chose this life when you are already rich and famous, well I only have one word for that and I dont wanna disrespect.

@@FirstLast-vl1uy Pac didn't have a identity crisis. Unfortunately he just showed loyalty to the wrong people. @ThaSUB1
@ThaSUB1 Жыл бұрын
@@akaveli2g You got all of it right except he didn't claim a set. Even if he did scream MOB, it was putting the people around him that he was with into his music because that's who he was around. He even said Suge wasn't a gangsta. What Pac was is a rider and he's always been that up until his death (even to a fault). If he was with you, he was truly with you. As Eiht said, and a lot of people either don't know or forget, Pac was already around a lot of that after his teenage years. He grew with and was raised around that life already wherever he lived. There was a lot of people in the streets that looked to him as a leader when he was alive. For the others above, he never lacked unity and social awareness, even with Death Row. Listen to him before his death.

the frontal lobe doesn't fully develop until after 25. Mind you, when Pac died, he JUST turned 25. Pac was going through alot. he was paranoid and felt isolated in the industry. LA is full of phony niggas. Dre, Snoop, etc. nobody visited him in prison. black woman lied on him and black women as a whole labeled him a rapist. he got dropped from his label for the rape incident. he recently found out his mother had lied about his biological father , who was alive and in fact had lived around the block from him his whole life. he was aware of what he was doing and trying to find a way out, i think had he lived, he would've retired from rapping and stuck with acting and producing.

2Pac's downfall was he was just too real. He stood up for what and who he believed in. He was still maturing as a man. Some people forget how young he really was as intelligent as he was. He still was trying to figure out his manhood. End of the day has harsh as it sounds. Everything and everyone has their time. The good thing is energy never dies. MC Eiht is solid and always have been 👍🏾 It seems like Pac had leadership qualities but wasn't a leader with intent. Seems like he was a "get wit". Like he would do anything to prove that he belonged or wanted to be part of. We identify that as loyalty in most cases. We can understand why he behaved with that loyalty. Love Pac loyalty but wish he didn't allow himself to be manipulated by others just to show his loyalty. Many of us grew up to and with Pac in the same era as him. We remember those years being tricky to many of our time. Many of us had to maneuver through thise same mine fields of manipulation. We loved him but we also seen he was straddling the fence of being a flunky or being the leader he had the capability to fully grow into. R.I.P Tupac, you definitely are living on in a positive way full of memories. Thanks for the real MC Eiht...much respect 💯. Good work Art 👍🏾
