So, backstory to the song: They were asked to make an entrance song for the Klitschko brothers when they enter the boxing arena and the ring. So they made the song "Sonne" wich is no name of a women, it's the german word for "sun". And the whole song is about the sun which stands for the fists and how you throw punshes. That's also the reason they are counting to 10 several times in the song. Sadly the Klitschko brothers decided to not use the song because it was "too heavy". So far the background of the song.

Hi grannies! I've always pronounced Rammstein as 'Rahm-schtein', with a long 'ah' sound in the ram' and the s making a 'shh' sound. As others have said, Till - the lead singer with the lovely voice - is the pyrotechnician for the band, I believe he got his license after they had a mistake on a stage early in their career that led him to wanting to take the role on himself. As for other suggestions, 'Funerary Dirge of a Violinist' by Carach Angren is a really good symphonic blackmetal song and very story driven - perhaps you both would enjoy it! PS: I really like watching you both, I don't have a good relationship with my grandmas so it's nice to feel a connection to you two! Much love!

Here comes the sun :) Also, Richard (one of the guitarists) has his own english speaking band called "Emigrate". They are great too. Steh Auf by Lindemann (Till's second band) is also an amazing tune! Mann Gegan Mann is another amazing Rammstein track. To tell the truth, you really can't go wrong with them (in my experience). I discovered them a few years ago & my mind was blown. I got all the albums & am currently waiting for their rescheduled tour. I had a ticket to see them this month before Covid.
