Her range is so crazy cuz she sounded so comfortable hitting every note , like I felt so relaxed as a viewer bc I knew she wasn’t gonna mess up at any point . She sounded very much in her comfort zone

As lily said when she was revealed she doesn't have time for practice as they are still promoting dice ,she used to practice in the waiting room or in the car and humming the song while the member doesn't even know that she was going to participate in this show. So it was understandable that she doesn't choose challenging song, if she have time and choose challenging song she would go far than this but lily did great tho I'm so proud of her💓

Celebrity 란 노래의 가사를 들려주고 싶어서 이 노래를 선곡한거 같네요 , 릴리가 앤써 그리고 대중들에게 해주고 싶은 말을 노래로써 대신 말해주는거같은 느낌을 받았어요. 선곡마저도 따뜻한 릴리 네요

@@Halo-vz1ef Each competition consists of 3 rounds, and starts with 8 contestants. In the 1st round, they are splitted into 4 pairs, and the winner of each pair advances to the 2nd round (Lily won the 1st round here), where they will be, again, paired with another winner and perform a solo song. Just like that, two contestants who won the 2nd round compete against each other in the 3rd round. The winner of the 3rd round then challenges the previous competition's Mask King for the Mask King title.

우연히 보게 됐는데 진짜 입덕할 뻔 했다. 원래부터 릴리 음색이랑 창법 전부 너무 내 취향이라고 생각했는데 이 노래 듣고 더 좋아졌음 원곡 가사도 담담하면서도 강하게 전달되고 동시에 본인 음색의 매력도 드러나는것 같다 원곡은 진정한 어른이 된 사람에게서 위로 받는 느낌이라면 릴리는 어른보다는 어른스러운 소녀의 느낌이 강함 ㄹㅇ 서사 한편뚝딱 부드러운 가성도 쩌는데 진성도 시원해서 좀 황당함;다 잘하면 어쩌자는거지;;

what do you mean, this is an IU song, which showcases Lily's great voice control and tone switches which are advanced and hard techniques. very subtle but singers know this song isnt a joke. thats why you dont see a lot of covers of this song. its not always about hitting high notes. a lot of singers can sing loud but techniques is what separates singers from legends

I think it's planned ahead. NMIXX schedules are probably too full. So she's being on this show for promotion only, not to follow through the whole competition. If she sang too good, people would probably vote for her till next episodes 😅

no, i think this was a great pick. singing isn't all about high notes and belting and while those are definitely Lily's strong points, this song highlights her range and vocal control.
