I have a suggestion about the Nom Match Savings Game. Since the amounts are usually the same (except for the pair where you roll the dice) If you get a match on the first try or first guess, give yourself an extra dollar! If you flip them but can't remember where the second card was- you just don't get any thing extra, but you still save what ever the matched cards tell you to on your own (once you actually match them)

Good morning Jen. Love your Savings challenges and the busy bee cards. Trying to save somehow ( disability income not enough to pay my monthly bills- need to make another $200 to pay my bills). Keep making videos they are very encouraging. New to budgeting.❤❤❤

Hello.. Let’s try this .. I’m disabled from birth .. I’m on survivor benefits.. .. anything that you spend cash on in a month save the loose change.. I was in the same boat.. I started saving change and have saved all this year and I have saved almost $400.00 Last year I saved a little over $300 And what I did was open a high yield savings acct .. so from 2022- until now I have $743.00 and I label it my rainy day fund.. i Learned that anything I wanted to save had to be put in a totally different bank.. I opened my online acct with $5…. I suggest that you try to save your first $20.. don’t worry about how long it takes .. you basically want a pattern monthly out that disability check….I started with $5 out of every check then it got exciting and I tried to find another $5 from my groceries.. doing this I have now mastered how to save loose change and a $200 buffer in my checking acct from month to month.. And I don’t let my checking acct go under that $200 .. unless I need food….but that rainy day fund I don’t touch…. Due to my disability and transportation I’m nota cash stuffer but I am a digital cash stuffer.. And I understand the struggle because my rent alone is $800 a month.. but it can be done one quarter at a time.. I promise you.. I did it..

I have 6 savings challenges I do plus two debt challenges. My favorite is the 10 a week for 20 weeks challenge. Because that's the one that pays for the small things I need to save up for like Car Registration, Christmas. I then have my 5 dollar a week for 52 weeks and I have two of those. 50 and a 20 dollar a month. dollar challenge.
