I think metal bat ult is s tier because of the hitboxes. The hitbox of the moves are incredibly large that it's almost always a hit. The only move that has low hitbox is strength diff, but you can just use savage tornado to waste their evasive then use it again, front dash to them and use strength diff.

Hero hunters ultimate is bad but it should not be in f tier i think, because if you get get someone lacking with crushed rock you basically instantly win the fight even if you aready used final hunt.

Stud with the atomic samari buff pinpoint cut have a second version to do it press space bar and then do pinpointcut or do it at the same time they do the same damage but the second version has a better finisher

Garou in my opinion isn’t a f I used it for a year and still used it when it got buffs and nerfs and it gave me 3000 total kills I was able kill someone with the same moveset but the ult I could kill them with or without the ultimate

I personally think 1. Sonic's ult is deadly on Xbox with lock on and last the longest 2 tatsumaki, you know why I said this 3. Saitama his ult runs out after using one move and some ain't even one shot 4. Metal bat, he has 1 shot ult combo and 1 shot counter that does damage even if you don't hit it 5.genos, he became a meme after being able to be countered by so many ults 6.atomic samurai, it's not bad after the buff but still could be beaten by a sonic ult but at least they have a one shot move (that's easy to avoid) 7.garuo, hes trash the ult is trash you can one shot them once you get your hands on them but You won't bc of that huge fucking smash zone that they can have the distance to run away while outside it
