Speaking of historical battles, my Gloomspite army could quite easily double as a goblin army when the Old World launches. Might need to look into getting a few square movement trays. Waaaaaagh!

Maybe it would be good to let destroyed units have a chance to “respawn” at the end of each turn to represent the ongoing meatgrind.
