At that level it should be expected and I was glad he was on top of his game. Always urks me when I see salesman in very high end dealers (cars, watches, etc) and they really don't know their stuff about the very products that they're selling.

Yeah the only buzz kill is it doesn't go on constantly or even a full minute so for 99 percent its just dormant doing nothing. It's more like a expensive Japanese pop toy.

The episodes with Jacob are by far my favourite. He's seems such a humble guy but at the same time very proud and passionate about all of his watched (and for a good reason). And this watches are so incredible to see. I know I'll never be able to afford one, but just seeing them through my monitor amazes me every time. And there's always good vibes between everyone there.

Always looking to make the most fun and bespoke watches on the market, love these Bugatti pieces and I agree with Adam, in gold it looks super nice! It even has gold pistons too :D The Astronomia is probably one of my all time favourites from Jacob, I wish I could get the opportunity to see that in person, by far one of the coolest pieces ever made.

Craig is definitely a class act. Can't be more polite or more knowledgeable. I'd go to the store just to get the occasion to talk to the guy. Pretty sure he makes the customer feel like the king. Not a fan of Jacob watches or the man himself, can't afford his watches but must admit he is a great businessman, has eccentricly brilliant ideas and hired the right people here!

The watchmaking skill is actually really impressive. They are ugly as sin and you can buy multiple Pateks for the price of one of these things, but you have to appreciate what this guy has done from a watchmaking perspective.

I can appreciate they cost a lot to make but I'm also curious to know what Jacob's mark-up on these watches are? He's obviously making good profits being on his "private jet" and all. Plus he has to pay his employees, watch makers, rent for his stores etc.

I feel like it is hard to say but it seems like Jacob & Co has some pretty high markup on most of their watches. They have some truly unique timepieces and can afford to be "setting" the prices at a high markup because no one can make watches quite like theirs.

I think it’s funny their excuse for cutting the video into 2 parts is the ran out of “film” even tho they’re not using film and the video was like 20 minutes long and the camera they’re using can handle hours. Just tell us the truth that you wanna monetize your video twice for more money, we all love you anyways.

It's not the just the monetization. It's also having enough content to fill the schedule. Also, not many people watch a 45 minute KZfaq video. So the watch time is better if split in 2. That pleases the algorithm, less work to think of new videos and double the money.

Thematically these watches are ok, but aesthetically due to their size, they are not that pleasing. With that much much space, those complications are not that impressive. Take a look at the latest JLC reverso grand complication, that is impressive.
