It is without any doubts that Volodymyr is the best in the Clock events... If he had a chance to compete one on one with the current WR holder in the same competition, he would prove it. Otherwise, how the scrambles can be different (easier or harder), it is very subjective about the WR holder in my opinion.

how did you calculate rhe average in literally 2 seconds

Idk if this is what Volo did but if he calculated what his best possible average could be after solve 4, he’d get 3.07. The 2.80 that would have been counting in a BPA was replaced by a 2.89. For every 0.03 seconds that a counting solve increases by compared to the alternative time the final average will increase by 0.01. So, 2.89 - 2.80 = 0.09 0.09/3 = 0.03 increase 3.07 + 0.03 = 3.10 final average
