A state of Akihabara just after the earthquake outbreak. 지진 발행 직후 아키하바라. 빌딩 파괴를 걱정해서 길에 나와있는 많은 사람들.
Wow... In 2020 I am still watching these images. Nature is truly amazing and terrific

I think if KZfaq is around in fifty years people will still be watching it. It’s just about as horrifying an account of an earthquake as you can imagine. Of course if California get hit with the ’big one’ we might have slightly newer footage but then only as long as the electricity stays on........
Hi Sir or Madam, Nice to meet you! We are a Taipei-based production company, currently making a documentary film about architecture. We are looking for footage of the 2011 earthquake. Do you think you can give us permission to use this footage? Thank you so much for taking the time to read my request. Best regards, Ava
Even in an earthquake of that magnitude, no buildings in Tokyo collapsed. This is because earthquakes often occur in Japan, especially in areas near Tokyo, so the buildings are constructed to withstand earthquakes.

Thanks for watching my channel and commenting. Laws on earthquake-resistant construction have been revised after each disaster that caused extensive damage in Japan, and now require that a building does not collapse even if it is subjected to horizontal forces of more than 100% of the weight it supports.
My thoughts are with the japanese people and those who lost loved ones. Hope you are fine.

LOL 3:58 "keeping my cool after a 9.0 earthquake by making a peace sign." :) Japanese people are great at this type of stuff: handling a serious situation like this swiftly and quietly.
