UPDATE: After you get Faster casting in suffixes --> just reforge CASTER again instead of critical and you'll get crit multi to socketed spells

No sir, it can also give you inc attack & cast speed from elder. Crit is better still.

That's crazy hahaha but ok I tried it out again in craft of exile If you have crit multi on the suffixes --> rerolling caster will give either faster casting or elder mod If you have faster casting on suffixes --> rerolling caster will pretty much give you crit multi to socketed spells *I've updated the pinned comment*

@@pathofmatth I think faster casting is incompatible with attack&cast from Elder (both group 1). After getting faster casting, reforge crit is a 1/6 shot for T1 spells crit multi against a 1/3 shot using reforge caster.

@@AFzizou yes, that is correct if the faster casting is acting as a block, it's the same mod pool iirc

bit update here, this crafting method not working anymore on prefixes. augment will add one mod and remove one. also there is no keep suff or keep prefix on harvest anymore.

Hint to anyone planning on making these...save your currency. I'm about 160ex into the craft and I can't hit aisling +2 level of projectile gems. Just buy the gloves from someone who tormented themselves with this craft. The way he presents it makes it look like it should be a 50-80ex craft. WRONG. Just buy them, trust me. Edit: After all that work and another 40ex I did the final craft (aug influence costs another 20ex) and it hit level 15 mana leech), which means if I want to get slower proj. I need to reset all prefixes....... DON'T WASTE YOUR CURRENCY AND SKIP THIS CRAFT. - total cost came up to close to 200ex, and at the last step it completely failed with a reset of all prefixes wasting about 120ex in crafts if I chose to reset everything... which I didn't. I just don't have that kind of time or currency to throw at this junk.

This was a really good way to show the process. It's rare content creators will take the time to go through the steps. It's usable as-is, but would be added quality to users if there was text on the empty space on the right, keeping track of the current steps. ''We have 3 good suffixes -Prefixes cannot be changed (Benchcraft) -blah blah (Harvest ) '' and so on

How costly this craft in average? Will be enought to start with 50 ex or just buy sirus gloves with gd corrupt? Another question,this build work without mageblood?have 300 ex and idk is it gd idea to start with it or this struggle with this amount of exalts?

if you can live without last prefix you maybe good with 50ex also if your not rerolling for t1 only and be happy with t3, tho the last mod with aug inf costs basically as much if not more then the whole crafting process until that step. if your happy with 5mods + a crafted prefix you could go for it. else dont imo you can always leave it there as you could leave it open for later or redo prefixes once you got the money for it

im such a dumbass. i crafted a budget but decent version of these for myself a while ago and was wondering why they never sell for dirt cheap. I have socketed attacks LOL i didnt even realize there was an attack one vs spell one.

Slower projectiles is for more dmg multi, and faster projectile is for... faster projectiles.

Faster projectiles is a damage link for spark (in closed areas at least), since they travel further and have a higher chance of hitting the mob again.

I'm planning to make a short update swapping the ascendancies (removing assassin and adding champion ) but here's my POB for now pastebin.com/M69XNtNb Main thing is getting a +4 chest so that you can socket auras inside and you should be able to run 2 more auras of your choice

Reforge caster is not guaranteed, you can hit increased attack and cast speed with caster reforge as well

@@EpicLarxFTW it seems to always be crit multi to spells which is better than reforge crit in the end. The only time u can hit attack and cast speed is if once you get crit multi you use mavens orb to elevate one of the mods and it happens to be the crit multi then u can reforge caster again for the cast speed mod but there is a chance to brick it as you said.

Spell crit is less dps than using Insanity. Slower proj is a meme esp without having the Insanity mod - it will feel terrible by comparison.

Slower proj is canceled out by faster proj (im making an educated guess) but slower proj's secondary function is increased proj damage, therefore you get increased damage for free*

You don't choose between Insanity and spell crit suffix, you choose between 3.5% base crit and insanity... also 90 crit multi is WAAAAY more than 16% more damage, on an aurastacker who doesnt have much if any crit multi to begin with

@@oblivescence5861 Dunno what you're saying the base crit essence is less damage than Insanity essence mod. And having gloves with slower proj without Insanity is even worse, but even with it its still a meme and not worth. These gloves aren't good.

You're probably better off starting from imprint, especially with current essence prices. Essence+annul until +3.5 is the only suffix, suff can't change, scour, suff can't change, imprint.

@@zidan12324 exactly why he said you crafted suff cant be changed scour. if an item has 1 suffix and you scour with meta craft it will turn magic. to add to this, your meta craft gets removed, you then bench suff can not be changed again, then imprint to save yourself the 2ex for every imprint after.
