In NCR noida, there are great options in 4bhk at 1-1.5 cr ,, with ample greenery around,, also Wave Township on 4500 acre land is bringing 4bhk segment at cheaper cost with golf, and 30%+ greenery ,, but this is also a good option if someone want to live in delhi and can afford plus 2cr cost...

What about constant train noise which comes from kishangarh railway track all the time? Phase 2 might be less affected by it though.

Villa's Are evergreen a separate banglow or villa is much better than this kind of living culture big buildings can be harmful in future beacause delhi ncr is already earthquake prone area . Have look yet trukey earthquake in which more than 15000+ buildings gets demolished not more tham 7-8th floor should be build.
