Contact groups save me because I have weekly reports to send and I’m constantly asked to add/remove people. I just update the group as soon as I get the email and don’t have to fish for changes later. It’s the best🎉😂

I’m not an outlook buff but knew all these. On point three, I even added a sound and pop up window for when certain people email me. These are important people that don’t email me very often but when they do I need to reply in good time.

I use all but #2 & 3 I use every single day. However #3 saves me so much time! I’m on multiple distribution groups that I don’t need to read but a quick glance is enough. Emails come in show as a specific color and I know immediately what it is. Then using the Quick Steps it can quickly get sorted. I’d love to learn more about Quick Steps. That’s a feature I never see people using and it’s one of the best features in Outlook.

Kevin, I’m visually impaired and usually you’re great about saying the name of labels, but in #2 after saying give the contact group a name you just said “this button”. Can you say what the label of that button is so that a low vision or blind person watching this great video can do all the steps? Thanks!

Thanks for this amazing videos. Would you know the reason while outlook delay email will be sent twice? User had an outlook rule to delay messages from being sent for 2minutes so the stay in outbox. User made changes and after they were made she hit send again and after the 2minutes delay it was sent, user however reports they received 2 emails which includes the original email (could not locate in her sent items) and the updated message in sent items only reflect the updates email as being sent.

Hi Kevin, I love your videos! I cannot get the same choices, such as "conditional settings," in your point 3. After selecting view settings, I can only receive the following decisions: Compose and reply, Attachments, Rules, Sweep, Junk email, Quick steps, customize actions, Sync email, message handling, forwarding automatic replies, retention policies, S/MIME, and groups. When selected, none will return the "conditional formatting" selection. I have Microsoft 365 outlook. I have searched for conditional settings in the help screen with no luck. Can you help?
