Could pls explain the principle of the first water and sound experiment? Why is the trajectory of water curved? Is it because of the speakers? Is the function of the mobile phone to provide sound waves to cause vibrations to spread to the position of the water flow and thereby change the direction of the water flow?

一つ目のやつはCGでしょうね一度重力に従って自由落下し始めた水滴が再度向きを変えるには何らかの外力が必要だがスピーカーはその力の元になりえないはず

Because he used the app(Function Generator) to generate the sound signal (23 Hz) which is amplified with a powerful speaker beneath the water tube
