Very disturbing

I had a very hard time following this video. In fact it just made me feel like I got off a roller coaster ride! I am not sure just what I watched? All I was looking for was how to connect with clients as a bookkeeper and instead of receiving boxes of receipts and invoices and bank statements how this can be done remotely? Not sure what this video is about?
