@Ho Chi Wang I believe those involved with Elijah's take down and death will be charged. There are currently 4 investigations underway. FBI, DOJ (as long as Barr isn't involved) AG of Colorado, and the City of Colorado. It took almost a year for this to come about, but other cops will find that this militaristic shit will no longer be tolerated!

The 3 cops she fired requested a review board, she had the power to deny it and she did, that’s rare.. very rare.. legally she had the power to make that decision, the police union is furious and now they want her gone! That said, Elijah death happened before she came on board, the DA made a decision that set those cops free.. now the governor is involved and maybe the FBI... the Chief doesn’t have the power to arrest the cops that killed Elijah. The paramedics and fire department staff that laughed and socialized as he was being murdered should also be taken to task..

My respect for her as she’s the the new boss cleaning dirty laundry around the department. Seems that she’ll do her best for the department and the community. Kudos to that chief for putting her foot down; we need more of her please. Some folks say ‘oh it’s just a picture’ but the fact they mocked him like that to cheer up a colleague says a WHOLE LOT about them and their depravity. A lot of people close to me are relentless police supporters. The type to say ‘all lives matter’ and ‘if a cop kills, they probably did something to deserve it’. But with these recent events a lot of people I know are finally starting to understand why we say Black Lives Matter. As if having Elijah pass away with such indignity wasn’t enough, now they try to tarnish his memory.
