it's deep-fried catfish, you have to mix the fish, mango and sauce together. you're doing it right.👍 Tips: Thais usually eat foods with rice. because sometimes the food is too salty, too spicy, too oily or else when eat it alone (you may noticed). to eat with rice will help balanced the flavor.
