This is wonderful Lara! I'm so excited to learn this beautiful song. I've always loved Neil Young and this is a favourite. I don't think there's a song on the album Harvest Moon that I dislike. Again, your arrangements are just fantastic. For me, I think the song lends itself to picking. Thank you so much for this Lara 😊💛🌻

Amazing! One of my absolute favorites by Neil Young ♥️ Although I’m a struggling newbie, I’ll give it some serious practice. I have a family reunion next summer in Golden BC. This song is easier on the baritone and it will sound more like Neil. I'm a fan from way back in the 70s, I got to see him in concert 3x. The best was a small venue near his home in Santa Cruz, CA.

What about the riff after the intro on the higher Em chord?

I focused on the patterns for the Em chords but the 4 notes on that chord do have a nice effect. To play this, start with the 7th fret of the 1st string, then pick strings 1, 2, and then 3 on a standard Em chord. Thanks for the question!
