These look like old council houses converted. You can tell by the structure of this house. Either that or it's a new build, which would explain the overall square footage of this house.

We got a detached house x 4 beds + 3 baths + big front/back garden for less than 200 during covid. We were lucky, now you can't get one.

Ghar mein aaty hi saamny bathroom aur left par sitting aur saath hi stairs say ooper bedrooms wala naqsha puraany andaroon Lahore kay Lohaari etc. mein bhi hae, wo bhi phir angrez ky waqt ka hi naqsha hoga.

Average salary of a engineer is 4000. Ithink tax ka bad lets say 3300 reh jati h to agr monthly saving 1500. To 15×12 = 18000 = 15000 yearly savings ho to bnda 15 , 20 sal bad ghar lanay k kabil ho jaye ga.

correction : no bathroom downstairs. its WC (water closet) only - toilet & hand wash. its quite common in the UK. bathroom is generaly upstairs.

council hosing for most needy people like single parents, people with health issues or homeless so if you are working full time and earning national pay rate then you are not even illegible to apply , council will tell you to go to private housing through letting agents or private landlords , council will calculate your income and your expenses then you will be illegible to get some universal credit to pay your rent , its all depend on how much you earn . you will get more if you have children ,hope you understand all

You need to be eligible to get council house. No one gets it right away, those who get it often are send to far off places.

May I ask what will be the rental income for this house. I live in Melbourne , 13 kms away from cbd and here 2 bedroom townhouse , land size 150 sqm back unit , cover area of house might be 12 squares was sold for 550k. Rent will be 225 pounds a week if u convert aud to uk pounds. I like to invest just want to know what's the difference in rent.

Kindly make a visit of old house and farm houses and give us prices. Mind it, mostly Pakistani seeking cheapest possible housing, I know old houses have repairing and structural problems but people are ready to adjust in low income instead of paying huge rents.

It’s actually called a cloak room , just toilet and wash hand basin. Almost all new builds have this on ground floor nowadays which is handy. If you are going to correct someone , at least get it right. The lady is just speaking in simple terms for her viewers.

This is a show home and a lot of money has been spent to make it look this good. New builds are more expensive, you can get houses cheaper that are bigger but require modernisation. In the end they will hold value better.

It’s always a good idea to buy your own house 🏠 rather then rental property, but it’s not easy now bcz of high interest rate to get mortgage
