I dig and respect your channel because you are you...everything isn't perfect because perfect isn't real. It's refreshing to watch and hear someone being real in every moment..I can actually relate to you. If people are taking time to be rude on a diy channel they're probably pretty miserable on the regular 😉 It does surprise me how often diy-ers feel the need to state that their viewers can use alternate colors, glues or etc..oh yeah side note about other videos, woman my head's in the gutter every day all day when something like "that's the wrong hole" is said. I swear every single woman has probably said that at least once! 😁 Thanks for sharing lady! 💜🪬☄️

There is always 'nasty-knowies' in every walk of life who judge from their comfortable armchairs. School of Experience often trumps a certificate on the wall, so you go girl! Us beginner crafters love slower tutorials but can usually hang with your faster Friday ones as well. Anyway, love the variation in trees and how to layer with various colors of paint. Too bad I can never find these wood pieces at my Dollar Tree.

Great tutorial! If you want to add ornaments you can use a round pencil eraser dipped in paint. Perfect size and just add a little silver line at top for the hookey thing lol

Really cool, I didn't know dollar tree sold those wood pieces. One suggestion, as a fellow artist: after painting your line on the wood, whatever you're using to make the straight line....try not to drag it away and across your surface, the residue paint will smear and ruin your surface. .....you got lucky this time! Great job, as always

Thanks for a great tutorial, Brandi. My vote is for the fat bottom on the wood. My favourite is tree number 3, and I'll be trying this as soon as I get my lunch-hooks on a decent fan brush! My cheepo one sheds worse than a billy-goat!

I really like the 2nd one !! I prefer fat bottoms. They look more grounded Thank you for teaching how to paint these evergreen trees. They are awesome I'd like to see how you would paint a Blue Spruce. I absolutely love those trees !! With everything said that last one is my favorite!! Keep up the good tutorials!!!

Thanks for the tutorial. I'm thinking I really want to try my hand at painting one of the last tree version. These trees can stay up all winter long. Don't know that I have a preference between fat bottom or top😊

I tried to follow one of your tree painting tutorials last year when you made the 3 large trees and man I either don’t know how to follow directions or I just really suck that bad at painting because mine came out like a 1 yr old painted it lol! Fat bottom or fat top? I think it depends on what you are doing. Trees should be fat bottom. An angel or scene should be fat top? And I think it's a personal preference...?❤️❤️❤️

I think the fatness depends on what. I would prefer myself to have a fat bottom then fat top but on the tree I prefer fat top,lol😂

Oh, fat bottom vs. fat top.....well it depends on the wood and what you're painting. Sorry, I don't think there is a hard & fast rule for this.

Miss Brandi, please get rid of your black paint!! most artist rarely use black to mix with other paints. What is normally done is using a darker shade in the same faimly or the opposite color on the color wheel. All black dose is dullen the lovely tones of the original tones. Love your tutorials and like i said before i followed you because of your wonderful laugh!! God bless
